When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in via Google or GitHub, your name and profile picture. We do not collect payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used solely to identify your account and send authentication emails (e.g. password reset). We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Conversation Data
Your practice conversations are processed by third-party AI providers (via OpenRouter) to generate responses. Conversation history is stored locally on your device and is not stored on our servers.
4. API Keys
Any API keys you provide are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. They are never sent to our servers and are never accessible by us.
5. Authentication
We use Supabase for authentication. Your login credentials and session tokens are managed by Supabase. See the Supabase Privacy Policy for details.
6. Cookies
We use cookies solely for authentication session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Data Retention
Your account data is retained until you request deletion. Local data (conversation history, settings) can be cleared by clearing your browser's localStorage.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party AI and voice providers. When you use these features, your input is sent to those providers. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
9. Children's Privacy
Lingecto AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the app.
